Zora is one of those rumored projects, but despite that, not many people are working on it. Only 677k addresses (Dune stats) on a $60M investment I know a lot of people are just abusing transactions and nothing more, but don't forget that the Zora blockchain is a Zora Marketplace product, and drops will be given for using Zora products, not for pure transactions on the blockchain, which are worth pennies.
