A lot of stuff going in my head especially where the world is headed. The dynamics are Shifting drastically and it kind of confuses what to do and where to focus. With the digitalization happening around in every field and sector it seems will that physical asses of any kind will hold any value in the future. The answer to this is difficult to say for example in India real estate is considered a good investment bet but with meta and the concept of the virtual world would people prefer to buy the physical land. The main reason(maybe one of the regions) people buy land is for appreciation in value in long term but that appreciation can be gained in the virtual world also so why buy.

There could be a lot of favourable reasons to buy but will the present generation consider that or will they consider going digital. Let’s wait and watch how the future unfolds.
