Go to https://app.testnet.pantos.io/tokens > ‘Add to Metamask’ on Pantos.
>> transfer destination blockchain Polygon <as your wish> > Click Same as Sending address > Bid as Fast <sometime use slow>> Select PAN-Pantos as token > amount > ‘Transfer’.
Wait its take some time to confirm OK mate
