A first look at the Pudgy Penguin’s collectible toy line was released on the Pudgy Penguin Twitter account. Because it is a collectible line, vice the main line which is more meant for your everyday Penguin lover, this line looks to feature rarer Pudgy Penguins and Lils.

Opensea announced the introduction of OpenRarity which shows the rarity of a NFT on collections, with Pudgy Penguins being one of the first three collections it was introduced. The interesting thing was it pulled rarity in a way that makes tufts look like they are not rare but said the team had opted-in. This caused some consternation in the huddle, as most community members see Tufts rare based upon the history/lore of Tufts. It was revealed by Luca the team was never asked by Opensea to be included in this feature, and it was turned off the next day.
