Web3EduBrasil Youth: Building the Digital Future.

First Step

Project Objectives

  1. Introduce young people to the concept of Web3 and its differences from Web1.0 and Web 2.0.

  2. Technically empower participants in technologies such as blockchain, smart contracts, crypto currencies and NFTs.

  3. Promote digital inclusion and reduce inequality in access to knowledge about technological innovations.

  4. Stimulate entrepreneurship and the creation of innovative projects onWeb3.

  5. Raise awareness about digital security and good practices in the useof cryptocurrencies and digital assets.

  6. Target Audience

  • Young people between 15 and 25 years old.

  • High school students, university students and young people seeking professional qualifications.

  • People interested in technology, innovation and digital future.

    Project Structure

    The project can be divided into modules, with a theoretical and practical approach. Isuggest the following structure:

    Module 1: Introduction to Web3

  • What is Web3 and why does it matter?

  • Differences between Web 1.0, Web 2.0 and Web 3.0.

  • Basic concepts: decentralization, blockchain and cryptocurrencies.

    Module 2: Blockchain and Cryptocurrencies

  • How blockchain technology works.

  • What are cryptocurrencies and how are they used.

  • Main cryptocurrencies: Bitcoin, Ethereum and others.

  • How to buy, store and use cryptocurrencies safely.

    Module 3: Smart Contracts and Web3 Development

  • What are smart contracts and how do they work?

  • Introduction to the Ethereum platform and other blockchains.

  • Basic development tools (e.g.: Solidity, Metamask, Remix IDE).

    Module 4: NFTs and Digital Tokens

  • What are NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens) and how do they work.

  • How to create, buy and sell NFTs.

  • Use cases of NFTs in art, games and other sectors.

    Module 5: DAOs and Decentralized Governance

  • What are DAOs (Decentralized Autonomous Organizations).

  • How to participate in a DAO and contribute to collective decisions.

  • Examples of successful DAOs.

    Module 6: Security and Best Practices on the Web3

  • Common risks in Web3: scams, phishing and loss of private keys.

  • How to protect your digital wallets and assets.

  • Good practices for navigating the Web3 ecosystem.

    Module 7: Practical Projects and Entrepreneurship

  • How to create a project in Web3 (e.g. NFT collection, DAO, dApp).

  • Presentation of success stories.

  • Mentoring for developing ideas and pitches.

    Methodology Theoretical and practical classes:

  • Combine conceptual explanationswith hands-on exercises.

    Workshops and hackathons: Events to put knowledge into practice.

    Mentoring: Individual or group support to help young people developtheir projects.

    Example of Practical Activity Creating an NFT: Participants can create their first NFT collection usingplatforms like OpenSea or Mintable.

    DAO Simulation: Young people can create a fictional DAO and simulatevoting and governance processes.

  • Partnerships with educational institutions and local governments.
