On 23 February, the current newspaper, SpaceX confirmed that its Starlink (star chain) service was on the Philippine front. SpaceX was approved a year ago by the Government of the Philippines to operate the satellite Internet in the Philippines and its subsidiaries, Starlink Internet Services Philippines, in the Philippines, want to meet Internet needs in rural areas.

In early February, the National Telecommunications Commission of the Philippines (NTC) was busy adopting commercial extension applications in the local sector and approved the use of the satellite chain terminals, which were not subject to radio station licensing procedures. Users can register the use of high-speed, time-limited satellite Internet, with download rates ranging from 100 Mbps to 200 Mbps, but a one-time payment of $532 for hardware and $49 per month for monthly rental charges.
