1、 In the period of high epidemic incidence, try to be cautious in purchasing goods from overseas and medium and high-risk areas. If it is really necessary to purchase, it is recommended to remind the sender to do a good job in disinfection and sterilization the internal items and then package them on the premise of ensuring safety. After signing, the internal and external packaging shall be fully disinfected with disinfectant immediately, or unpacked for use after being stored for a period of time.

2、 Personal protection shall be done before unpacking the mail express package. After the outer package is disinfected, it shall be treated according to the classification of domestic waste. After the treatment, hand hygiene and disinfection shall be done.

3、 As the current situation of epidemic prevention and control is still complex and changeable, please give more understanding and tolerance to the service abnormalities (interruption, backlog and delay) that may occur in special periods.
