if this is the first time coming across my profile, i’m an artist/engineer/streetwear designer + this is my first attempt at combining everything i’ve worked on in my life into a single stream of consciousness.

i’m currently in the middle of launching my second NFT project as an artist, but i’ve done a bunch more art throughout my life and have been creating for my streetwear brand since 2018.

my whole life i’ve been trying to figure out the best channel to go down in order to share my art with the world. i discovered nfts in january 2021, and have been working as an engineer in the space while doing side projects for my creative expression. there’s been a lot of noise i’ve had to navigate and i’ve been figuring things out along the way. i worked on my first nft project last year for 5 months and built the whole thing myself, which was one of the most rewarding experiences in my career. even though only ~3% of the nfts got minted, the process taught me a lot about what i was able to create if i put myself into my work.

since then i’ve switched jobs and have started working on a new project in my spare time, bc i don’t want to stop creating. i’ve let go of a lot of the fluff i had in mind the first time around, and am taking this shit less seriously now. motorheadz will be free art for those visually interested in my work and mark the beginning of a new personal journey for me. i want to begin to allow myself to freely create art without trying to tailor anything to anyone. this is what makes me happiest, and is the only way that i can look back at my work and be proud of what i’m doing.

after i finish this motorheadz mint i’m embarking on a journey to build out the world that has always existed in my head. i’m forever grateful to everyone who’s supported me on my journey til now-- y’all are who i create for and the support is what keeps me motivated.
