L'obiettivo dei miei scritti è di ispirare un sano ottimismo verso la tecnologia, esplorando con curiosità i meccanismi e le implicazioni di ciò che sta emergendo con il potenziale di migliorare le nostre vite. Non mi propongo come un opportunista che entra in una cultura per trarne vantaggio o per demonizzarla senza un esame adeguato; sono sinceramente affascinato di ciò che tratto e nel futuro mi immagino come l'attore principale di queste narrazioni. Credo che raccontare queste storie sia un mezzo efficace per immedesimarmi nel loro sviluppo e magari un giorno costruirle personalmente, ispirando magari altri a fare lo stesso.

The goal of my writings is to inspire a healthy optimism toward technology by curiously exploring the mechanisms and implications of what is emerging with the potential to improve our lives. I don't set out to be an opportunist who enters a culture to take advantage of it or to demonize it without proper examination; I am genuinely fascinated by what I deal with and in the future I envision myself as the principal actor in these narratives. I believe that telling these stories is an effective means of immersing myself in their development and perhaps one day constructing them myself, perhaps inspiring others to do the same.
