Under the rubric, logistics at latitude is accelerating the sustainable development of cold chain logistics.
Since the issuance by the State Council in December 2021 of the Fourteen Five-Four-Credit Logistics Development Plan, policies have been put in place to promote industrial upstream and downstream chain resupply, with qualitative efficiency gains, around the construction of cold chain logistics infrastructure, cold chain services and security systems.
The cold chain logistics and integrated supply chains have developed rapidly in recent years, driven by a combination of demand, policy, technology and other factors, and the scaling up of the supply side transition by the head of the enterprise has contributed to rural revitalization and high-quality economic development.

This high-tech park, located in the new port area of Shanghai Free Trade Zone, is located in close proximity to ports, geographically superiors, with a fine-tuned, ultrasound wet system and a new wind system, with 10 independent copiers, with the first miracle automatic dividing line in Asia, and is a centralized, warehousing, superbanking, quality inspection, stock management, skilful, integrated fruit operation centre, built by the top logistics focus.
The park has also introduced the ESG management concept, which is officially certified at the USGBC (United States Green Building Commission) LEED gold level. In 2022, the Centre for the Promotion of the Ministry of Eco-Environment in Port Park, jointly with the Centre for the Promotion of Climate Change at Avenue, launched the Business Climate Action Series 2022 and highlighted the United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP27) as the only logistics enterprise selected for the collection.
Over three decades of deep-arrived properties, Vanu has also introduced new samples in the area of logistics, as can be seen from the most recent sea-to-port park at the Latitude, which is expanding service boundaries to a high-quality cold chain logistics infrastructure, a high level of fine management capacity, and exploring the upper limits of the cold chain supply chain services.

Demand for fresh production has risen and the fruit supply chain has to be strained
Livelihoods, represented by fruits, vegetables, have become essential for people’s daily lives and occupy an important place in retail consumer markets. In particular, for China, which has a large population base, there is a large consumer market space. Statistics show that the total retailing of the country’s fresh industry in 2021 amounts to $56 trillion, with a composite growth rate of nearly 14 per cent per year in 2017-2021 and a high growth rate is expected in the future.
However, due to the special nature of fresh products, the current supply chain in my country is facing numerous pains and bottlenecks that need to be broken. Taking into account, for example, fruit, the present fresh type of fruit and its supply chain have four characteristics.
First, fruit is of immediate and perishable nature, leading to short shelf life and newity becoming an important factor in consumer purchase decision-making; secondly, the chain of supply of fruits is long and wide-ranging, involving planting, procurement, processing, transport, warehousing and marketing, covering the entire chain running from the field to the table; thirdly, there is a clear geographical distribution of fruits and imbalances in distribution between the place of origin and the place of distribution, making trans-regional long-distance transport; and, in addition, the requirements for multiple storage of fruits and for transport are more diversified.
Taken together, the special attributes of fruits and their supply chains make them extremely vulnerable to loss in the operation of the entire supply chain, especially in the context of the continued weakness of the related supply chain infrastructure, where there is a high rate of wear and tear in the flow of fruit-food produce, which is 5-6 times higher than in developed countries and which urgently require solutions.
The rise in cold chain logistics and the growth in network development
There is no doubt that cold-chain logistics and integrated supply chain solutions are important cut-off directions.
The cold chain logistics refers to the use of technical processes, such as temperature control, freshness, and equipment such as refrigerators, refrigerators, refrigerators, etc., to ensure that cold chain products remain professional logistics in the prescribed temperature environment throughout the process of primary processing, storage, transport, circulation, marketing and distribution. In 2021, the Office of the State Department issued the Fourteen-Fifth Five cold chain logistics development plan, making it clear that the promotion of high-quality cold chain logistics development is an important means of expanding high-quality market supply to better meet the growing needs of people for a better life; it will support the cold chain logistics business to do its utmost to actively foster the development of third-party cold chain logistics enterprises, to create brands and to build a brand of well-known cold chain logistics services; and in February this year, the Central and State Council also issued the Quality Stronger Building Platform, which states that there is a need to actively develop intermodal transport, logistics, supply chains, upgrade logistics, improve the quality of logistics, and improve international logistics and facilitate access.
After many years of development, our cold-chain logistics currently plays an important role in regulating trans-season supply and demand for agricultural products, stabilizing market supply, smoothing price volatility and reducing movement losses.
However, overall, the number of cold chain logistics hub facilities in our country, which are melted and scaled up, remains low, the operational networkization of industries, inadequate organizationalization, the formation of a national bone chain logistics network, and the link + hub, has not yet been developed.
