Before starting discussing the role of project management in DAO governance, the first and foremost is to address whether project management is necessary. Project management skillsets and methodology is proved to be useful in Web2 companies. However, it remains doubtful whether it should be applied in Web3 DAO. If it should, in what way? If it should not, what are other alternatives?
