This past summer, I had the incredible opportunity to take a course with Professor Stefan Link on economic history, covering broadly the period especially from about 1800 to present. In order to better learn the content myself, I made it a goal to give a lecture to myself on the key ideas we discussed. Day of, a couple friends listened in for parts of it too -- thanks for the support boys! I’m posting it now after a couple people have asked for a link to it.
Really overall, thank you Professor Link for the generosity of attention and the seriousness with which you brought us through this material. I have learned a lot, and I am looking forward to the road ahead of looking into so much more I am still wholly oblivious to. And to all here and elsewhere, happy learning!
