Haikouwan square Binhai commercial block takes shape

“The overall building structure of Binhai commercial district has taken shape, and the finishing work is being carried out.” On the afternoon of February 28, at the construction site of Haikou Bay Plaza project, Hao pan, the production manager of the project Department of China Construction Eighth Engineering Bureau, was very excited when he looked at the commercial street with “Fangrong” emerging.

Haikou Bay Plaza project is located next to phase I of Haikou Bay unimpeded project, with a total investment of 1.8 billion yuan and a total construction area of 180000 square meters. Two new office buildings with more than 30 floors are built. During the construction process, the project will coordinate the transformation of the landscape environment, the construction of supporting facilities and the cultivation of consumption formats, strictly control investment, continue to introduce high-quality consumer brands and lay out more attractive and competitive commercial blocks.

“After the Spring Festival, we quickly organize workers to return to their posts as soon as possible to achieve full load construction as soon as possible.” Hao pan told reporters that after continuous construction during the festival, the overall building structure of Binhai commercial block with a total construction area of more than 5000 square meters has been formed and is being refined. Fire acceptance can be carried out in mid March this year.

The project adopts all steel structure and promotes the application of fabricated construction technology. As the “face” of the building, the facade adopts semi toughened laminated hollow Low-E all glass curtain wall. At present, 80% of the curtain wall construction has been completed.

Construction inside the building is also in full swing. “All the mechanical and electrical equipment required by the building have entered the site. Now the project department focuses on the indoor fine decoration nodes, reasonably arranges the construction period and makes every effort to install the equipment.” Hao pan introduced that the interior of the two office buildings adopts double fresh air system. The configuration of internal and external circulating fresh air system and layer by layer ventilator can not only filter out particles, but also introduce fresh air into the room.

“The project focuses on building a social trendy experience destination and a high-end coastal tourism destination integrating high-end business office, coastal experience business, water sports and yacht tourism. We will also continue to increase the investment in personnel, machinery and materials to promote the completion of the project in June this year.” Shen xueyang, assistant general manager of Hainan Huacai Investment Holding Co., Ltd., the owner of the project, said.
