[Sixth Anniversary Day]

Every follower deserves to be remembered. Those who follow suit are also slashing themselves. Eurasian unique DNA has led a group of Eurasian students to choose the eternal path of entrepreneurship after graduation, and to become the best entrepreneurship and ethic of entrepreneurs. On the occasion of the 26th anniversary of the construction of the school, I will be able to “recourse to bars, friends of the school” in the 2021 school year back-to-school series - the Association for the Sharing of Students. On 16 October 2021, in the afternoon, more than 40 Eurasian alumni entrepreneurs were gathered at the 511 training room in the administrative building of my campus to share once again the pleasure of studying in the beautiful Eurasian campus.

The event was presided over by the co-teacher of my Centre for Employment Services and Career Development, who first welcomed and thanked the arrival of the fellows, and indicated that the school had always placed “a focus on the lifelong development of the alumni” at the heart of the work of the Association, and that the President of Huambo had personally convened two school alumni events at the beginning of the year, with the aim of providing high-quality services to a broad group of entrepreneurs and promoting the personal growth and development of their friends. At his call, more school leaders and social figures are willing to participate in the development of alumni in Eurasia.

At the beginning of the event, the President of the Foundation for the Development of Education and Training gave a welcoming statement on behalf of the school. The Governor, Zhang, introduced building planning and methodological innovations in the work of school friends and foundations during the years, and expressed the hope that the services and assistance provided by the schools to their friends would ultimately contribute to the growth and development of schoolchildren, leading to win-win outcomes. He has repeatedly stressed that the resources of school friends are the most valuable asset for schools, and that parent schools are permanent home for their friends!

The Deputy Director of the Centre for Employment Services and Career Development, Mr. Kofi Annan, shared “How human resources planning for small and medium-sized enterprises” with school friends in four areas: core values, background analysis, planning processes and planning methods. She expressed the view that the role of older persons in human resources management was particularly important, and that the rationalization of human resources did not lead to staff incentives, talent development and a business culture. In the future, Mr. Zheng proposed to school-friendly entrepreneurs that it would be possible to work with Eurasian students to improve training in branding research and technical services, based on the recruitment of students in schools, and to reduce business training time after students were trained in schools. At the same time as successful enterprises, complete business service chains have been established, and the “Eurasian impression” has been upgraded from a human resources partner to a trusted broad enterprise development strategy partner.

One school student who has not graduated but has started to start business: How can many businesses in society develop themselves in a balanced manner when they are not being targeted by business? Myung-whatever teacher thinks that there is progress in the age, and that any enterprise and owner will be faced with the employment group after 00, how to live with them, knowing that their love and work will be a problem for all in the future, without pessimism and fear. The needs of each enterprise are different, and the new media industry in the market is now, many of which are after 00, and they have demonstrated extraordinary work capacity and performance. For individuals, therefore, when choosing an employment enterprise, it is important to consider whether the value of the enterprise is common to itself in order to be more favourable to the future career of the individual.

The theme of “New Media Marketing Concepts” was shared by the Senior Marketing Programme of the Duocean Teachers of the Société Générale des Technologies de Sécurité, how to market products using new media channels in the immediate future, improving business marketing performance and building business brands were issues that each entrepreneur needed to think, and a large number of Internet red cases were used by the Doubt Teachers. The late teacher gave a very detailed solution to the problem raised by the Royal Highness Prince of the Hectonic Engineering School of Human Settlements of 2013, as to how to transform her flour into the live tape. The Royal Director of the Centre for Employment and Career Development grants grants to representatives of the juvenile robotic education project, the Fishing study project, the train station space planning project and the Grand Digital Model project. In 2020, the Association and the Foundation jointly launched the “millions of Innovative Funds for Educational Integration” project, and last year five alumni entrepreneurship projects were supported by funding and resources from schools, four of which were developed to support the development of the Eurasian educational career.

In the final free communication chain, the friends of the school indicated full success in the event and felt the mildness of the home during the repatriation exercise, as if they had returned to the day on which they sought schooling. Alumni will hope that the Eurasian Association will be able to unite more friends in the future, support each other and help each other, and develop progress with the College as an ideal for every Eurasian.

The promotion of cooperation and co-benefits has always been the purpose of the Association’s work by providing high-quality services to schoolchildren, establishing channels of communication and mutual assistance, pooling resources and strength. At all times, the parent school is always a strong backbone, and it is welcome to see the mother and child.
