Or, the resistance is real. But you fabricated it for yourself.
You choose distraction to avoid the center line. The center line is the middle of your core, in your body. It makes you uncomfortable.
Today another human asked you to go “center line” figuratively. It was unexpected. You resisted.
Your nose itches. You touch it. There’s something to do here. But the other human is looking at you. Aaahhh they see you.
You represent the resistance. The other person takes pleasure seeing in you what they have overcome.

You are offered the chance to redeem yourself, next week, when schedules sync up.
Why did you resist? It’s what you said you want. It appeared. You denied it. What do you really want? You want it on your schedule, in your own predictable way.
If there were no tomorrow, it’s not a good note to end on. Pray there is a tomorrow. Pray you can refabricate an openness for yourself.
