The remote lifestyle and work method have forced us to rethink how we spend our time. As a result, more and more people in the technology sector are pursuing entrepreneurial and independent paths - taking on side projects, leaving full-time jobs to work more flexibly, and seeking ways to acquire more ownership and positive results.
CoA is a social club for quick projects, to join instead of a company. It's a space for collaborative work in the cloud where you can feel comfortable and give you a sense of community and, most importantly, purpose. It also allows you the flexibility to choose your own destiny and where to invest your time.
CoA combines the consistency of W-2 (gig work concept) with the benefits of independent work. It's a home base where people can work on things that interest them with the right people while earning dividends in the form of responsibility and money from the projects they develop, as well as transparency on the social impact of their successful exits.
