Based on the results of epidemic history, clinical manifestations, laboratory tests and imaging examinations, the confirmed cases were diagnosed on that day and the clinical classification was light.

Confirmed cases 2 to 10, 16, 17 and 18: all students are in school, and their current addresses are located in Chaoyang District. The nucleic acid test results reported on April 23 were all positive and have been transferred to the designated hospital. Based on the results of epidemic history, clinical manifestations, laboratory tests and imaging examinations, the confirmed case was diagnosed on that day, and the clinical classification was mild.

Confirmed cases 11, 12 and 13: all families of confirmed case 2, now living in songyuli, Panjiayuan street, Chaoyang District. Nucleic acid test was conducted as a close contact on April 22. All the results reported on April 23 were positive and have been transferred to the designated hospital. Based on the results of epidemic history, clinical manifestations, laboratory tests and imaging examinations, the confirmed case was diagnosed on that day, and the clinical classification was mild.

Confirmed case 14: now living in xiaogaoshe village, Doudian Town, mountainous area, engaged in takeout express delivery. On April 22, the nucleic acid test was carried out as the people who should be tested. The report result was positive on April 23, and it has been transferred to the designated hospital. Based on the results of epidemic history, clinical manifestations, laboratory tests and imaging examinations, it was diagnosed as a confirmed case on that day, and the clinical classification was light.

Confirmed case 15: now living in nanxinyuan community, Chaoyang District. On April 23, they were intensively isolated as close contacts, and reported that the nucleic acid test result was positive. They were transferred to the designated hospital. Based on the results of epidemic history, clinical manifestations, laboratory tests and imaging examinations, they were diagnosed as confirmed cases on that day, and the clinical classification was light.

Confirmed cases 19 and 22: husband and wife relationship, now living in songyuli, Panjiayuan street, Chaoyang District. The nucleic acid test results reported on April 23 were all positive and have been transferred to the designated hospital. Based on the results of epidemic history, clinical manifestations, laboratory tests and imaging examinations, the confirmed cases were diagnosed on that day, and the clinical types were all ordinary.

Confirmed case 20: now living in Kangying home, Sunhe Township, Chaoyang District. On April 23, it was reported that the nucleic acid test result was positive, and it was transferred to the designated hospital. Based on the results of epidemic history, clinical manifestations, laboratory tests and imaging examinations, it was diagnosed as a confirmed case on that day, and the clinical classification was light.

Confirmed case 21: now living in Fangjia village, Chaoyang District. On April 22, the nucleic acid test was carried out as the people who should be tested. On April 23, the report result was positive, and it was transferred to the designated hospital.
