214 starts from caotan No. 10 intersection of Shangyuan Road, passing caotan No. 10 road, Shangyuan Road, Shanghong Road, Zhuhong Road, Fengcheng No. 10 road, Mingguang Road, Yongxin Road, hongmiaopo Road, Gongnong Road, Ziqiang West Road and Ziqiang East Road to the north of the railway station. The line is 22.5km long. Time of the first and last shift: 6:00-23:00 at caotan No. 10 intersection of Shangyuan road and 6:30-23:00 at the north of the railway station. The system of swiping card ticket with two yuan of coin for unmanned air-conditioned car is implemented.

Three sites were cancelled: Changle Xiyuan, the South Gate of Weishui campus of Chang’an University, and Weishui campus of Chang’an University.
