I know this sounds ridiculous, especially after the last 20 to 30 years where big business and private equity firms have massively consolidated industry after industry, but it’s true.

You see, decentralization means YOU are in control.

And when YOU are in control, you are FREE.

Because the heart of man always tends towards freedom and control over one’s own Life, then decentralization in turn is the same as self-determination.

The American Revolution, as we all know, was about Man’s pursuit of Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of happiness (or property as the Magna Carta states).

What did the crown do?

The crown controlled and micromanaged everyone’s lives.

The crown made Life utterly miserable for all who lived under it’s false Aegis.

The Revolution was about reclaiming their individual sovereignty.

The wickedness of the human heart seeks to control other humans through force and fear, but decentralization and laissez faire is about freedom and self-determination.

Prior to the revolution, Permission was requested and granted by the crown, and after the revolution, people were free to control their own lives and homesteads as they saw fit.
