On 16 November (journalist and Young Correspondents Tang) in the red tape news, there was a precipitation process in the province from 15 to 18 November, consisting of 15 days of rains in the south, and 15 days of rain in the south; 16 days of rain in the south; 17 months of rains in the north-west and south-south; 18 days of rain in the south and south-south; 18 days of rain in the south; and 19 days of rain in the south of the penitentiary rains, many of which ended.
Rainfall affects the meteorological drought in the Province of Hunan, which is expected to decrease to 17 district municipalities with a higher level of drought throughout the province by 21 November, of which 1 (liveliness) is located in the county of the Hinterland.
It is expected that during the coming week, the water levels of the main control stations in the areas of finance, arsenic, dried water and lake will be generally flat; the city’s salinity will be maintained at around 19.1 to 19.2 metres; the main control stations and some small and medium rivers will be tinked, with a return of about 0.5 metres from the water of the main control posts in the river stream; and the hydrological drought will be significantly reduced.
On 15 November, the provincial drought-resilient programme was dedicated to the management of drought-resilient people and water conservation, emphasizing the need to seize current weather conditions and to make best efforts to increase water storage; to further increase the risk of water harvesting in towns and cities, in particular by identifying water-fetching in cities and towns along various streams; and to focus on drought recovery, drawing on achievements and experiences, as well as identifying problems and shortboards, to provide important lessons for future drought-resistant efforts.
On 15 September, the provincial defence team, the Department of Meteorology and the municipal state defence offices, called on all sectors to continue to seize weather opportunities and to further strengthen manual rain-fed operations, while scientifically allocating water resources and maintaining water storage.
