Experiments for open innovation in magneting fusions

On 6 May, in the afternoon, the Chinese Academy of Sciences opened an innovative eco-building seminar and a pilot launch of a magnetometer study on open innovation were held in An emblem. It is known that the magnet-transition research has become the first officially launched open innovation pilot area of the Central School of Science, with the aim of accelerating the construction of an open network of innovative ecology and international scientific and technological cooperation with global competitiveness and international influence.

After half a century of innovative accumulation and thriving, the IBC supercycling (HT-7), the All-Braintokamark (EAST), the EAST-Agriger System, the Integrated Systems Research Facility (CRAFT), the four major national scientific and technological infrastructure in the field of nuclear fusion studies, the Centre’s magnetal polyclimatics studies, which are well-established, multi-resulting and promising, have become an important base for global nuclear fusion studies. The construction and operation of these major scientific engineering projects, as well as the deep participation in the ITER programme of the Internationalrmonuclear Experimental Experimentation, have established a stable exchange and cooperative relationship with over 120 scientific research institutions in over 40 countries, such as Euro-Russian. The magnetometer is one of the pillars of the open sharing of large scientific devices.

In recent years, the international nuclear-fusion community has highly evaluated the progress of the Central Controvertical Conversion Study. The high level of evaluation of the performance and physical results of the EAST device by leading international scientific research institutions and senior experts in fusion research is “a major milestone in the field of international nuclear fusion research, which is important for the operation of the ITER Internationalrmonuclear fusion experiment and for the construction of future fusions”.

The Vice-President of the Institute of Scientific Research on Fertilizers of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the Director of the Institute of Pion Physics, Song Yuntao, gave an opportunity for this open innovation to be piloted. The Magnetic Conversion Research will continue to deepen its focus on cooperation to reach out to partners and areas of cooperation, contribute to the progress of the Intergovernmental International Cooperation Project, promote the International Master Plan for Synergies, and further increase the internationalization of talent, expand the depth and breadth of international cooperation and open innovation, and accelerate new major breakthroughs in the promotion of the Magnetic Conversion Study. In addition, the opening of innovative eco-integration development on scientific islands has been accelerated at various levels, leading to the internationalization of integrated national scientific centres, and promoting the establishment of science islands and future major scientific cities as “the most common scientific sites” for full and open sharing.
