Objkt.com offers artists the ability to create a collaborative collection. This means that one artist starts the collection, but many artists can mint their own unique pieces into the collection.
Each artist in the collection will be able to list their piece for sale to retain some or all of the proceeds from the sale.
Collaborative collections on Tezos offer artists the opportunity to work together on their marketing efforts to draw more attention to the collection and get more eyes on the work of each individual artist.
To mint a piece of your own art in a collaborative collection, you need to follow the steps laid out below.

You will need the creator to send you an invitation to mint into the collection on Objkt.com. To do so, the creator of the collection will need your Tezos wallet address.
Each collaborative collection will have a different procedure for getting an invitation to mint.
Once you have found a collection that you want to be a part of you might need to respond to a Tweet, fill out a Google form, or put your information in a Discord channel.
In the case of the Women of Vision collection by Joanne Enders @itsltlthings, you need to locate the announcement Tweet and reply to it.

Participating artists commented on this Twitter thread with a JPEG of their unminted piece, the title of the piece, and their wallet address.
Joanne was able to do a quick scan of each person’s Twitter profile to make sure they were real people and go into Objkt.com to enter their wallet address.
Joanne then sent each artist a DM letting them know that they had been sent an invitation to mint in the collaborative collection.
Once you have been approved to join a group collection, and the creator has let you know that you have been invited. It’s time to head over to Objkt.com and accept the invitation.
Step 2A: Use the same Tezos wallet that you gave to the collection’s creator to log into your Objkt.com account.
Step 2B: Locate your PFP in the top right corner of the Objkt.com home page, click on it so the drop down menu appears, and click on “Profile”.
Step 2C: From your Objkt.com profile, click the last option “Collaborations”.
Step 2D: You should see the collection listed under “Invitations”. Locate the collection you want to be a part of and click accept.
(Note: I already accepted my invitation prior to writing this article, so my example highlights where the collection would appear if I had not yet accepted my invitation.)
Step 2E: Wait. Get up. Stretch. Go get a glass of water. Give Objkt.com about 5 minutes to sort itself out.
If you are brand new to Tezos, and need this help minting an NFT on Objkt.com, please take a minute to read my article, "How to Mint a Tezos NFT on Objkt.com" that walks you through the process. Remember to return to this article before you hit “Continue” at the bottom of the minting page.
Step 3A: Start minting your Tezos NFT as you normally would.
Upload the file, give the piece a description, and add relevant tags.
If the collaborative collection is part of an event with a specific hashtag, be sure to include it now. You will not be able to go back to do so later.
Step 3B: When you reach the “Collection” drop down menu, look for the title of the collaborative collection amongst your drop down options.
You should notice the name of the collection’s creator listed after the name of the collection.
In this case, the “Women of Vision” collection was created by Joanne Enders, so I see her name next to the collection's title.
Step 3C: Add additional creators if your NFT is a collaborative piece.
If you are the only artist who worked on the art for your NFT, you can skip this step.
If you worked on the artwork with another artist, you can select their name from the list of artists who have been authorized to mint to the collection.
Step 3D: Continue minting as you normally would, by choosing your license, setting your number of editions, and setting your royalty percentage
Step 3E: Select “Continue”, sign your Tezos wallet, pay the minting cost, and viola! You are in the collection!
Give Objkt.com a minute or two to sort itself out, and then go look for new your piece under the “Created” tab on your profile.
Click on the piece, and set a listing price as your normally would.

Head back to Twitter, Discord, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Pinterest and start promoting the collection!
Share the main Tweet! Retweet your fellow artists’ pieces. Go talk about the collection, and your submission in Twitter spaces.
