Tonight, I finished the last dance and wrote down thoughts that came to me. That process was incredibly enjoyable and achieves the same goal as this exercise. So, that counts as this “hour” tonight. I need to restructure and spend time playing with this process. I enjoyed this alone thinking time and may want to focus in on what I want to learn. I think it stems from having alone focus time.
