ironically, relaxation would not makes them happy. Jobs and games that invovled someon to concentrate and lose onself in has more build_in goals, feedback and reward.
In contrast, free time, is unstructured and requires greater effort to be shaped into something enjoyable.
If we rapt attention on deep and important thing while ignoring shallow negative thing, our life would be more important and postiive.

Not every job is glamorous or have a source of meaning, like blacksmith or a wheelwright in the human history. However, you don't need a rarified job; you need a rarified approach to your work, and that approach would reward you with time, pleasure, and feeling of accomplishment.
