Performance declines: 50 new three-board companies reported annual “problem” warnings

Lutheran nightmare for journalists

The new three-board innovation floors launched a new round of stocktaking exercises.

The Shanghai Securities Reporters noted that, in the near future, a total of 50 new three-board innovators had issued risk alerts triggering downs. Some of them were because financial indicators were no longer consistent with the requirements of innovation, or because they were not able to hand over annual reports within a specified time frame.

In early March last year, the National Corporation for Transfer of Shared Enterprises officially launched the revised National System for the Management of Small and Medium Enterprises (the “Subsistence Management”) to adjust access conditions, step-by-step and stratification arrangements for the innovative layers. The hierarchical management approach prompts companies that are not suitable for an innovate plate to be relocated in a timely manner, thus guaranteeing that this plate is better placed to assume the responsibility of cultivating the “backup army” on the North Cover.

Twenty-two companies triggered a financial “red line”

According to data from the Eastern Choice data, 22 of the 50 companies that have issued downside risk alerts have issued 2022 year olds, of which 14 have continued to decline, net profits are negative, and 8 have reported annual audit reports issued by accountancy firms that are unable to express their opinion.

The hierarchical management approach clearly defines the situation in which a company with a plate is moved from an innovative layer. Among these are financial data related to negative net profits for the last two years, with a net operating income of less than $50 million, or a negative net profit for the last three years, with continued decline in business income over the last two years; and negative net assets at the end of the last year. Journalists found that the above 14 companies had triggered downside risks precisely because of both.

One such example is the spectacular appearance. On the same date as the 2022 annual report, companies issued alerts triggering downside risk. The round-the-clock cash of $7,029.27 million, $35,95.13 million and $22.564 million, respectively, from 2020 to 2022, and the net profits of shareholders belonging to registered companies amounted to $4,395.8 million, $396.79 million and $291.7.23 million, respectively.

Despite the gradual narrowing of the net profit margin for nearly three years, it has not been successful in reducing the loss of profits, triggering the downward conditions of “the net profit of the last three years has been negative and the business income has continued to decline over the last two years”. On 25 April, NBC issued a circular on the decision to precipitate the aerosols; on 9 May, the videos formally reconfigured into the basement.

There are no exceptions. In 2021 and in 2022, respectively, the STAnte Unit received $1,035 million and $827 million, while the size of the income was larger, its net profits were lost by $270 million and $433 million respectively. More importantly, the net audited assets of the ST Ante Unit as at 31 December last year amounted to $190 million. In accordance with the relevant provisions, the ST/Enterprise Unit is not only at risk of being relocated from the innovative layers, but the stock has also been subject to risk warnings, and the original title of the securities has been changed from the “Anta shares” to “ST Ante Unit” on 5 May.

Twenty-eight companies reported “problem” per year.

According to data from the National Unit Transfer Company, as of 28 April this year, a total of 6187 registered companies had disclosed their 2022-year newspapers. According to EChoice, there are currently 28 innovative formations that have triggered downside risks due to failure to disclose annual reports in a timely manner.

As far as the announcement is concerned, annual reports are less than complete, but there are also companies that are already at greater risk of doing business, entering insolvency reorganization processes or falling into litigation, taking into account annual reporting audits, and individual companies that would have been required to issue licenses, so that annual disclosure is not repeated.

The 24 April Proclamation revealed that in January of this year, the company received a pre-reformed decision, and that the People’s Court of the Tizuli County of the Tibetan Autonomous Region decided to initiate a pre-reorganization procedure for the company. Therefore, the company was unable to disclose the annual report on schedule and the disclosure date was expected to be 30 June 2023.

The perseverance is the parent company of the famous diamond brand, I Do, who has received investment from well-known institutions such as Chinese-confidence securities, mangrove capital. Starting in 2011, the company began to shock the capital market, with two applications from IPO, which were not successful at all. As a result of a complex set of internal and external environmental factors, such as the development of diamonds, the laying down of diamonds, the laying of artificial diamonds and the outbreak of the epidemic, corporate performance has been declining since 2017, with the closure of 85 front door shops in the first half of the year, culminating in the announcement of insolvency reorganization in January of this year.

The ring design is an innovative stick company that is “decided”. On 16 March this year, the company disclosed a notice of its intention to apply for the termination of the wall. Companies indicated that the proposal was based on corporate business development needs and long-term strategic planning. On 27 March, the company stock parked. On 12 April, the company submitted the application for the termination of the licence plate to the National Unit and received it.

On 4 May, Circulation Design published a risk alert for triggering downside situations. However, since the ring design itself is in the process of putting an end to the registration plate, it is intended to take the licence plate after a letter of consent issued by the National Unit Transfer Company, the company issued a circular on 5 May indicating that it would not be necessary to disclose the risk alert for the downside.

Under the tiered management approach, there are six innovative layers throughout the year, of which the first half of the year was implemented on a monthly basis from February to June and the second half of September. At the same time, the hierarchical management approach is also strictly prescriptive, with a harmonized process of procedural implementation, which determines that the process of commencement within five trading days of the downgrading situation further enhances the timeliness. This means that in May a group of enterprises is expected to be relocated from the innovation base.

Since the establishment of the North Institute and the opening of the city, the new three floors and the new layers of innovation have also assumed new functions, not only as the “reserve” on the North, but also as a “stabilator” that regulates the development of “training camps” and market ecology. In the view of the industry, timely identification of non-compliant registered companies is conducive to ensuring that the innovation layer is better able to play its pioneering role in channelling truly high-quality business resources to the North.
