Launch Structure: Setting the project for success, Maximizing Participation and Fair Distribution

Launch was designed to achieve the following goals:

1. Enabling Broad Participation

• Launching on Clanker, allows anyone to take part as soon as it launch.

2. A foundation for long term success

To increase chance for a long term success, as soon as we launch, 20% of token supply were acquired to be reserved as treasury for ecosystem growth and development. This treasury is not meant to be sold on the market, rather to enable onboarding strategic supporters and provide us means to build towards the vision.

First Batch (10% of supply) had been locked for 1 year and the goal here is to use it off the market to onboard strategic investors that want to support the project with ongoing funding

3. Aiming for better distribution at launch.

Out of the above treasury ~4.44% were acquired for an initial holder diversification and onboarding supporters:

• Before launch, I have collected contributions from friends and supporters who believe in the vision, so we have an initial capital to launch and push the project forward, paying for development and service providers.

• Terms were set at a price that represent $2M FDV valuation, which is above the initial public sale starting at ~$30K FDV. The rational - Supporters get to secure access at a pre-set price, and help the project get it's initial capital. On the same time - they can try and take part in the market as well as anyone else can.

• Private sale distributes to over 20 different participants, Limited to 2 ETH max per contributor

• Contributions beyond this cap committed to lock their tokens in a vesting contract. details to follow.

4. My skin in the game

I'm buying 10% of supply with my own money at personal capacity to convey my conviction in this product and show my commitment. I'm planning to hold this and will communicate more details after launch.
