Earth's climate has changed throughout history. Just in the last 650,000 years there have been seven cycles of glacial advance and retreat, with the abrupt end of the last ice age about 11,700 years ago marking the beginning of the modern climate era — and of human civilization. Most of these climate changes are attributed to very small variations in Earth’s orbit that change the amount of solar energy our planet receives.
The current warming trend is of particular significance because most of it is extremely likely (greater than 95% probability) to be the result of human activity since the mid-20th century and proceeding at a rate that is unprecedented over decades to millennia.
Data shows that we need to remove at least 100 Gigatons of Co2 from the air in order to avoid a climate disaster.
Introducing the IONIZE PROJECT, IONIZE is the simplest solution to the fight against climate change. By replicating nature itself we are able to sequester large amounts of Co2 out of the air. Ionize works by replicating the ocean process of carbon sequestration, if you didn’t know the ocean is the biggest carbon storage & sequestration device on the planet. We are a realistic and ready idea, prepared to begin our efforts in slowing down long-term and short-term effects using a new branch of engineering based on ancient principles. A crowdfunding campaign to start an nft project known as “THE SLEEPING GIANTS” that will eventually become a DAO to start the business will be our next step.
