If you see any HoF tombstone with 0 tribute, be sure to tribute at least 1 token there. Then you will become the 100% shareholder and enjoy full amount of rewards. Certainly, competition will follow.
It's not optimal to repeatedly start new rounds with 0 addon purchase. Best to calculate a target lifescore and top up just enough to get to that score.
The top 100 moves fast - make sure you stake on somebody that stayed in the top 100. When it's out, your stake is wasted.
For Airdrop, you might want to be the 10th, not the 1st. Reward amount is the same for all top 10, whereas you get a bigger share if the TVL is smaller, namely when you are 10th in the TVL leaderboard.
While you are the 10th, watch out for:
1.More players stake on 10th and push it up in ranks (so you win less)
2.Another incarnation overtakes the 10th so that the one you staked becomes 11th (so you win nothing)
3.Your staked incarnation falls out from top 100
Get to stake on the winning incarnation is good. What's better is to own the winning incarnation. You take the entirety of 20% while many other stakers split the rest 80%. Moreover, you can stake on your own incarnation, too.
Winning is determined by TVL. Share is determined by Coinday. That means, if you support your tributed incarnation / tomb in the last minute, your share wouldn't increase. However, your contribution does help it to rank up in the leaderboard!
High-achieving incarnations will produce high lifescore tombstones. These tombstones could be among top 100 - eligible for tributing - and receives Airdrop rewards hourly. You can consider it as a miner and buying some NFT marketplaces.
A possible strategy is to keep your $REBORN across to next season. At season start, the leaderboard is empty and holders' $REBORN has been spent on prev season. If you have big bags of $REBORN at that point, you can even get 10/10 of all Airdrops.
