At Malkut we're always trying to stay on top of exciting new technologies. Web3 is no exception. It all started with a deep dive in 2019: from investing in Ethereum, Bitcoin and a few other interesting altcoins, just to get a feeling for the space, over trying to deeply understand Ethereum, by studying the Yellow Paper and trying to implement it, learning Solidity, and playing a few levels of Ethernaut. Not that we're overly interested in hacking, but rather in knowing what to watch out for when we develop our own Smart Contracts; don't want to repeat the mistakes of The DAO (Level 10 is similar to the DAO hack if you’re interested).
Then we took a two year break and watched from afar as DeFi summer occurred and the NFT craze began. We don't really know what to make of NFTs yet. They’re definitely overhyped, but we decided to invest some of the lucky profits from before into interesting projects anyway:

What comes next?
For one, engaging in the three communities whose NFTs we got. Beyond that: An NFT collection of our own? Ah, right, there already is one as we switched to Mirror for this blog post and it was super easy to create! See below. Funds will go toward making web3 a significant part of the Malkut portfolio, with the ultimate aim of glorifying God in all we do and buidl his kingdom!
Maranatha!
