I feel like a lot of projet in the crypto space right now have a lot to offer, on a technical point of view. The thing is, if we want to create stuff for the mass, there is a fundamental need to improve UX.

Today, as i use dapps and explore Decentralised Finance products, i can feel that those are 100% made by developpers, from code to design. The thing is, in the actual job market, there is a misconception about the UX job. The job is often combined with the UI, which is understandable. Although things are starting to evolving, an UX designer job is not to code stuff, he is here to understand what the user is expecting, factilitating his experience, his time using your product. Even if i get the cost of hiring an other person, it is known that a good UX can 7x the revenue of your product.

Grosse merdo, hire people knowing their job, a dev is good at coding, let him focus on that, and make him work together with someone who can bring good experience by knowing the customer. Don’t underestimate cognitive stuff, don’t make product designed by developper with a developper point of view.
