If you, like me, have several Metamask wallets, you have probably faced or will face the problem that you will need a new, completely independent wallet with its own seed-phrase. Yes, within each wallet, you can create additional wallets with new addresses/accounts, but they are all linked by one seed-phrase. And there's a problem! You already have a wallet installed on your browser, now what to do?

There are two ways out

1️⃣ Option number one:

You use another browser. Download the Metamask extension and create a new address with a new seed-phrase and work with it. For example, in Google Chrome browser you have your main Metamask installed, and in Brave or Firefox, Metamask, for example, for StepN or other tasks. It's not convenient in that you'll run out of browsers at some point. But for 2/3 of wallets, it might well work.

2️⃣ Second option:

Seems more practical to me - you use the "Profiles" feature in your browser. In Google Chrome, for example. There you can create different profiles - like your default and work profile. Or for a specific task. In each you can have different tabs, extensions and so on.

Create a new profile, give it a name and set a wallet extension in it.

Select the profile you want when you start the browser and a browser window with its settings will open.

You can have the windows of several profiles open at the same time. Thus, you can create "Profiles" and in each of them, customize a new Metamask ✅.

ℹ️ Both options work not only with Metamask, but also with any other program wallet.

⚠️ The main thing is to remember to store the seed-phrases of all wallets safely, so you can easily understand which Profile, refers to which seed-phrase.
