Taiko, an EVM-equivalent ZK-Rollup, deployed its sixth Alpha public testnet coined Katla. The testnet introduces support for a configurable multi-proof rollup design called the Based Contestable Rollup (BCR). Katla uses the Holesky testnet as its root chain and features EIP-4844 support, which will be enabled at a later date.
