Today, we are excited to announce the launch of Mint Forest 2.0, a significant upgrade designed to enhance your experience and increase your rewards. Our goal with this update is to make your interactions more engaging, rewarding, and enjoyable. Listening to the feedback, Forest 2.0 implemented several new features and changes that will make a big difference, this will effectively deter Sybil accounts and truly reward Mint’s genuinely active users.

Mint is the L2 blockchain for NFT Industry.
To increase the excitement and incentivize consistent participation, we are introducing a new incremental ME reward mechanism. Unlike the current system where daily check-in rewards are the same, the new structure offers increasing rewards for consecutive check-ins, aimed at effectively boosting ME rewards for genuinely active users.
Incremental Rewards Structure Example (500ME):
Day 1: 500 ME
Day 2: 550 ME (1.1x)
Day 3: 600 ME (1.2x)
Day 4: 650 ME (1.3x)
Day 11: 1000 ME (2x)
Day 12: 1000 ME (2x)
Day 21: 1500 ME (2.5x)
Day 22: 1500 ME (2.5x)
The rewards will continue to increase with consecutive days of check-ins.
Incremental Check-In Rewards Rules
First 10 days: 10% daily increase
Every subsequent 10 days: An additional 50% increase based on a 100% base until day 60.
Boost (%) / Day:
We encourage users to maintain their daily check-in streaks to maximize ME rewards.
If you miss a day, you can repair your streak by paying a certain amount of ME points the next day.
If you miss two consecutive days, the streak cannot be repaired, and you'll have to start over.
The repair fee is 800 ME points.
To effectively deter sybil accounts and maximize rewards for Mint genuinely active users, we have introduced a penalty for long-term inactivity:
Missing 7 consecutive days check-ins results in a deduction of 7 days' worth of ME points. One check-in within the 7 days prevents this penalty.
To maximize incentives for truly active users, we've introduced a feature that allows you to collect unclaimed check-in ME from other users:
Collection Rules:
Unclaimed ME points can be collected by other users in the 12 hours following the daily ME reset (resets at 00:00 UTC daily).
The collectible percentage ranges from 20% to 80% of others’ daily ME reward, with a random collection probability.
Each user can collect unclaimed ME points from up to 5 other trees daily.
Only users with an activated GreenID can collect energy from other trees.
With these exciting new features and improvements, Mint Forest 2.0 is set to create a more vibrant and rewarding experience for the Mint Blockchain community.
