Starknet tweeted that Starknet Alpha v0.11.0 will be released on the test network soon, launching Cairo 1.0 and starting a transition period of 5 to 6 months. Mainnet upgrades will feature governance voting where community members can participate in shaping Starknet by voting on protocol changes.
