Web3 is a protocol built on top of web2. Search engines will remain, and will play an important role in the future. The goal of SNS.DOMAINS is to provide a key infrastructure for the Sui ecosystem to support games and other industries that will eventually expand to Sui.
The main 3 goals of the company:
Identification — each ".SUI" domain will have an NFT. This NFT will have properties that will also make it available as a profile.
Infrastructure. Each ".SUI" domain will eventually control the DNS of its equivalent web2 domain.
Products — Each ".SUI" domain can serve as a placeholder for any public SUI address. This will make a wide range of applications available with usernames — think SUI Messaging, social networks, etc.
These goals will allow the service to integrate with almost any Sui application without including too many integration-specific details, which makes our project unbearable in other areas of Sui or games.
