Since we announced the launch of our ambassador program – Mode Cooperators – we have received over 1k applications and we are grateful for your interest and response.
Seeing such a reaction to our principles and values based on cooperation and shared growth that define our protocol is exciting!
Mode Cooperators Begin
Due to the high amount of talent showing interest, we have decided to increase the number of Cooperators from 15 to 40, becoming the first batch of ambassadors in the history of Mode.Network – congratulations!
As Mode believes in effort and meritocracy, the initially selected Cooperators will be evaluated every month based on their performance. It is given that those who deliver impactful work will continue holding their Cooperator role. This methodology will allow others who raised an interest in collaborating to join the program when vacancies show up.
We believe that the Mode Cooperators are not limited to a number. Mode is that place where everyone is welcome to join and thrive. Those who applied, are constantly engaging with our community and contribute to Mode will be overseen and taken into account for selection in the upcoming batch.
The core team is striving to give everyone opportunities to get involved in our mission and be rewarded for it.
