Today was a good one (as you can see in the image above)! The sun came out in Sandnes, I hit a solid workout and a 15 minute sauna, and spent the evening with family and grandparents over dinner.

I didn’t work today - which felt good. I think Sundays will be my no work day.

I started the morning reading and just letting my mind wander. I always get my best ideas when I’m not forcing it. Some of my biggest breakthroughs come from just stepping back and giving my brain space to connect the dots (so in some ways I’m still working, just not on my computer)

Things are starting to get exciting. All 4 of my done-for-you clients are on the verge of launching. I remember this phase well from when I built my first agency back in 2019—those first weeks or even months can feel like nothing is moving forward. But I know better now. The work I’m putting in today is laying the foundation for what’s coming next. No stress, no anxiety—just trust in the process.

I’ve completely stopped outreach for now (but I have a few in my pipeline already) - I’m focused 100% on delivering for my current clients. With these four, once they launch and start scaling, my profit share alone could land anywhere between €10-30k per month. That’s my priority right now.

I hit €30k/month in profit when I was 21 with my marketing agency 100% owned by me. Now I’m building back up again, sharing the journey as I go and doing it twice would be a great story 🙂

My goal is to hit that number by summer, but honestly, if I’m at €25k/month profit by the end of the year, I’ll be happy. No rush. It’s just a matter of time.

On Wednesday, I met up with one of my clients at his office. Great guy—super inspiring. Excited to help him scale his coaching offer.

Im glad that I get to meet my clients in real life. As I mentioned in my last post, I met up with one of my clients in Oslo last week. And the 3rd one I met in Dubai (two brothers from the Netherlands). Only missing to visit my fourth client in Italy late April - that will be cool!

March was fun. Spent half of it in Dubai, a week in Oslo, and the rest back home with family.

• €4k collected in upfront fees (a relatively small sum, but a great start to my first proper month with this new business)

• 4 clients on a 20-30% profit share (kicking in next month)

April is launch time. Everything we’ve been building for my clients is about to go live, and I’m hyped to get it up and runnning.
