In June 2018, Fred and Matt Huang co-founded Paradigm, dedicated to persuading top institutional investors to get involved in the crypto space. They were both 29 when they started Paradigm, and their partner, Charles Noyes, was 21 at the time. All three have been shortlisted for the Forbes under 30 elite list.
