Mundo Lingo’s power is that anyone can approach anyone. Vultures abuse this, but we can also use it to approach vultures and their target and join them, so we do that. Time to crash the vulture’s party!

When a known vulture is at work, discuss with your team and send in your best Vulture Hunter to join their conversation. Join in and chat in a friendly way. The victim will now be able to focus their attention on you and freeze-out the vulture if they desire. If the vulture moves on to another target then send another Vulture Hunter, and then another and another until the vulture, in despair, leaves 🥳.

Social pressure is incredibly persuasive. Organise your team to keep tabs on the vultures. If a vulture feels that the entire Ambassador team is watching, and then an Ambassador is approaching, another is walking past watching and so on, it becomes embarrassing for the vulture who now feels constantly observed

You or other team members may be tempted to have strong words or put the vulture in their place. This is not the correct course of action. If the vulture acts so inappropriately that stronger action is needed then escalate to the Mundo Lingo Manager, so that they may engage the venues’ Management and Security team.
