Mytho is a security-first platform for tokenizing and monetizing your community.

During the recent testnet, we received valuable feedback from the community that helped us identify areas for improvement. We carefully analyzed each suggestion, prioritized them, and have already implemented a number of changes aimed at making the platform more user-friendly, as well as improving its stability, usability, and functionality. In this article, we’ll highlight the key updates already implemented following the testnet.
Users report that the platform feels overly complex, with unfamiliar language and an unintuitive dashboard. They ask for simpler processes, more familiar terminology, and a friendlier interface. Users find terms like “layer,” “totem,” and the boosting/donation mechanics confusing.
— We replaced ambiguous terms with simpler and clearer ones:
Totem → Community
Layer → Post
The changes have been implemented on the website (currently in the test version). Example of changes:

— We have almost completely updated the project documentation – https://grimoire.mytho.io/, with all guides and descriptions significantly simplified.
— Some users did not understand why some buttons on the community page were unavailable. As a reminder, actions on the community page are only possible if you own the community token. Corresponding notices have now been added to the buttons and to the community header:

— Some users did not clearly understand the boost mechanism. We have updated the tooltip to show that boost increases the visibility of a post on the Mytho main page:

Posts have also been brought to the main page and are now displayed by default:

Users want a clear overview of their holdings—both token balances and fiat-equivalent values—so they can track assets without external tools.
— A “My Community Tokens” tab has been added to the left sidebar; the page displays all communities whose tokens the user holds, as well as the amount of tokens you hold in your balance.

Users were unable to distinguish official Totems from community-created ones and requested verifiable badges or labels to help build trust.
A marker notice has been added to identify official communities:

Performance & Reliability: In particular, posts and communities sometimes load slowly. The reason is that the platform runs entirely on Web3 technologies. For example, to display a post, it must be indexed through The Graph, which slightly slows down its display on the page — we are working on speeding up this process.
Interactive Feedback & Transaction Awareness: Notifications after transactions are not always visible to users. In the near future, much more noticeable transaction status notifications will be added.
Documentation & Onboarding: In addition to completely updating the documentation, we are preparing a short and clear video guide about the platform to make it easier to understand, use and simplify onboarding.
All necessary changes will be implemented before launching the second iteration of the platform on Soneium.
Once again, we want to thank the community for the feedback provided — it turned out to be extremely informative and useful!
