Optimism airdrop 4 has been released

@Optimism airdrop 4 has been released. It distributes a total of 10m OP.

This one is similar to airdrop 2 in the gas refund style, meaning it distributes based on gas usage multiplied by a multiplier.

The amount distributed is similar to airdrop 2 as well, with a maximum distribution of 6000 OP.

Count the gas used for transferring NFTs,

excluding the gas used by the creator to mint and send to themselves.

Apply the multiplier as shown in the image.

If we've ever created NFTs on ETH as advised by the address, we'll get a bit more.

This round distributes 10m OP, approximately ~0.2% of the total supply only.

OP airdrop has distributed 255,901,955 OP out of an allocation of 816,043,786 OP.

There are still around ~560m OP left, or approximately 13% of the total supply.
