What is Nekochan？

Nekochan is a special upgradable NFT.

Each Nekochan is a pretty girl with cat ears.

Each Nekochan holder will become a member.

Each highest level Nekochan holder will be a part of the DAO.

High-level Nekochan can go to work（Staking).

Nekochan members have voting rights and DAO members can share profits.

The vision of the Nekochan project is to give all DAOs free coffee for life.

Public sale

  • There are 10,000 Nekochan NFT in total.

  • The price of adoption (Mint) is 0.01 ETH a Nekochan NFT.

  • Adopting 5 Nekochan NFT one time will get free 1500 NCFT (NekoChan Feed Token).

Upgrade & Staking

  • Each Nekochan could be upgraded by feeding NCFT.

  • The background image of Nekochan will become more gorgeous after each upgrade.

  • Nekochan level 5 or above is capable of working (Staking).

  • The highest Nekochan level in the pre-sale version is level 5.

  • In the first pre-sale version, 12,000,000 (40% of total) NekoChan Feed Token could be produced through work（Staking).

  • In the second version, 13,500,000(45% of total) NekoChan Feed Token will be unlocked to levels 6 -10. Details will be announced after all DAO members votes.

No need worry about work(Staking)

  • Transfer or signature is not required during work time. The member just needs to make sure that Nekochan is in Ethereum wallet.

  • The member could still sell NFT at OpenSea or on other platforms during work.

  • Work will stop during the NFT transfer. Only a new owner can make Nekochan back to work.

  • All NCFT will be diverted to the black hole address after the upgrade.

DAO Establishment and Nekochan coffee Token

  • After DAO is established, the Nekochan coffee Token(NCCT) will issue.

  • Release rules are determined by how DAO proposals are voted.

  • To ensure fairness, each Nekochan NFT holder can only receive one allocation of NCCT.
