The project of the day brings together contribution and organization, all under the principle of decentralization. Dework was created to allow Decentralized autonomous organizations to manage tasks and be more efficient.
How does it work?
To manage your project, you can either import it from the main web2 tools including Trello and GitHub, or start fresh. From there, the tools available to track tasks are the To-Do, In Progress, In Review, and Done columns. The interface is fluid and easy to edit, you can specify a task with an author, a tag, or simply a name.
Options are available to manage community and team rights, with off/on buttons for community suggestions for example. The dashboard is ergonomic, it gives an overall view of the project while specifying all the details of the tasks.
To create a task, you simply have to fill in the basic information about the mission. Be careful, you need to have the appropriate role to perform this step. It is possible to add a reward by connecting one of the supported wallets (Metamask, Gnosis Safe, Phantom Wallet, and Hiro Wallet), and selecting both the token and the reward.
The Discord integration makes it possible to manage tasks more easily, with a feature to import roles and to share notifications on Dework changes (task sent, task submitted, etc.). It is therefore possible to set up a channel with an imported bot that will post all the updates and news concerning this workspace.
One of the most impressive features is the opportunity to digitalize your achievements through an ERC-1155 NFT proving the authenticity of the work.

Can regular users benefit from Dework ?
Sure, that's what Dework is all about. The project is not aimed at DAOs only.
Users can access the task requirements and identify the ones that match their skills. The interface is quite easy to understand: to submit their work, users have to click on the 'apply' button with a link.
There are several types of bounty, one that works with roles, one that works with an application process, and one that accepts multiple submissions.
To accept payments, you must set up one of the wallets listed above.
What are some popular DAOs using Dework ?
The most popular DAO using Dework is POAPathon with over 345 contributors and over 100 tasks completed. POAPathon inspires the world to connect and create via design contests, on-demand entertainment, live event productions, and collaborative creative spaces.
The DAO has seized the opportunities offered by the project and explored them to their advantage by merging community and tasks.
There is also the Open DAO with about 150 collaborators and tasks available for the 721Starter project. The DAO is building $SOS to be the central asset for the metaverse and web3 communities, bridging the gap between existing intellectual property/metaverse and building core infrastructure for the non-fungible tokens (NFTs) ecosystem. They are behind a generous airdrop for OpenSea users.
Nil DAO is also active on Dework, with 130 contributors and tasks mainly around marketing. Nil is community-curated NFT launchpad and a marketplace, currently working on the second version.
A word from the founder
Dework's founder, Lonis (known as @Lonis on Twitter) agreed to chat with us about the creation of the project.
The concept comes straight from a personal experience as he was working for City DAO and felt that there was a need for a better way to manage tasks and bounties.
He talks about a desire to facilitate the web3 user environment by finding tasks that match their profiles and being rewarded for completing them. The main focus is to maintain the values of the ecosystem through collaboration and decentralization.
