Nodlers - have you claimed your NODL rewards lately? Here are a few tips to help you through the process. Please follow these steps before reaching out.

Important: In order to claim your NODL tokens, you will need to hold enough available tokens in your wallet to pay for the max transaction fee that applies to claiming your token, approx 20-30 NODL per transaction. Your pending rewards cannot be used to claim, as they're not in your wallet yet.

Some new token claiming guidelines:

1. You need to manually claim your NODL rewards now

2. Any pending rewards can be claimed inside the Nodle Network mission (in the Missions tab in your Nodle app)

3. You will need to pay a fee to claim and can check out the fee amount before you claim

4. The fee amount varies, please keep at least 50 NODL in your account to claim your rewards in the future

5. If you send all your NODL to an exchange, you won’t be able to claim your rewards anymore

Also, if you’ve claimed NODL before and moved your NODL to another address, please move some NODL back to ensure a smooth claiming experience in the future.

Do pending rewards automatically transfer to my wallet?

No. Pending rewards don't automatically transfer to your wallet. You must manually claim them by initiating a transaction within the app. Please keep in mind that pending rewards can’t be used for claiming as they’re not in your wallet yet.

How does transaction signing work?

• Each claim requires signing a transaction

• Signing incurs a fee, typically around 5-6 NODL (estimated minimum fee)

• The system reserves a maximum fee of 25-30 NODL (this can vary based on network congestion, always check before signing) to ensure the transaction can be processed

• Please double check that you have enough available balance!

What are the balance requirements for transaction fees?

• You need a sufficient available balance in your wallet to cover the potential maximum fee

• Pending rewards can't be used to pay for the claim transaction

What are some common issues?

Insufficient Funds

If you're seeing an "insufficient funds" error when trying to claim:

1. Check your available balance

2. Ensure you have enough free NODL to cover the maximum possible fee (25-30 NODL)

3. If your balance is too low, you'll need to add more NODL to your wallet before claiming

Remember, the actual fee applied is usually lower than the maximum, but the system needs to reserve the higher amount to guarantee the transaction can be processed.

If you're seeing the error message "Something went wrong, please try again" and notice that your pending rewards aren't increasing, here's what's happening:

Even though the display shows no growth in pending rewards, your tokens are still accumulating. You can verify that you're still earning rewards by checking the stats section in the app.

To resolve this, ensure you have a stable internet connection and try claiming again. Once a successful claim is made, your entire accumulated reward balance will be updated and available.

Pending Rewards

Pending rewards are the NODL tokens you have earned but not yet claimed. These tokens accumulate as you participate in network activities but remain locked until you manually claim them through a transaction.

Available Balance

The available balance refers to the amount of NODL tokens in your wallet that are free to use. This balance is what you can spend or use to cover transaction fees when claiming pending rewards.

Transaction Fees

Transaction fees are charges incurred when you perform actions like claiming rewards. In the Nodle app, there is a maximum transaction fee and an estimated actual fee. The maximum fee is reserved to ensure the transaction can proceed, while the actual fee is usually lower and deducted upon successful completion.
