NPics builds the first Web3 NFT leveraged trading platform, help users to obtain significant capital exposure and achieve NFT value hedging through leverage.
This article provides a detailed guide on how to buy NFT with a down payment through NPics. NPics now runs on the Ethereum mainnet, to interact with the site you will need a Metamask wallet first. If your cryptocurrency is stored on an exchange (such as Binance), it does not count as a cryptocurrency wallet, and will not work.
Connecting Your Wallet
1. On any page on NPics, if your wallet is not connected, you'll see a Connect button in the top right corner. Select which wallet you wish to connect with (The Beta version only supports MetaMask)
2. You will need to approve the connection from your wallet to npics.xyz. Please double check the URL to ensure that you are on the right domain.
Choose your NFT item
1. Collections now supported with down payment include Bored Ape Yacht Club, CryptoPunks, Mutant Ape Yacht Club, Doodles, Space Doodles, CloneX and Azuki. Browse and one-click purchases acorss multiple marketplaces using the NPics interface, which integrates and sorts all available listings.
2. Choose the collection you want to buy and pick your favorite NFT. You can quickly check fixed-price, down payment, listing market, and other relevant stats for each NFTs on the marketplace.
Down payment to buy NFT
1. On the details page of the selected item, you can view in detail and start the process by clicking “Buy Now”. You will see the down payment amount and loan amount to be paid.
2. Once you have clicked on "Buy Now", a modal will appear. You will need to select which currency you would like to pay with. You can pay with either WETH, ETH or a combination of the two.
3. If you haven’t enabled WETH spending and have selected to use WETH as a payment currency, you will need to do this the first time you purchase an NFT with WETH on NPics. A transaction will prompt you in your wallet, confirm this transaction to continue.
4. Lastly, you will be prompted to confirm the purchase in your wallet. Confirm this transaction to finalize the purchase of your new NFT.
5. After the transaction is completed, you will get a corresponding NEO NFT as on-chain NFT mortgage certificate and the right to use when your NFT is mortgaged; You can click "View on etherscan" to check the transaction detail on chain, or click "Check Vault" to view the details of the generated debt position.
Repayment and Redemption
1. Go to Dashboard "My Vaults", you can view and manage all vaults (including terminated ones you owned).
2. Click "Repay" button to check the vault in detail and in the repayment model. You can enter the amount you want to repay, or select the repayment ratio, click "Repay" tp confirm the transaction and complete the repayment.
3. Select "Repay all" to repay all loans and redeem the NFT collerate after completing the transaction.
4. After successful repayment, the original NFT and all unclaimed rewards will be transferred to your wallet, and the NEO-NFT will be destroyed.
5. View your NFT on any market to list or transfer.
Accept offer without repayment
To accept an offer on your item, you will need to go to dashboard”my vault” page for that NFT vault. You can accept the offer at the appropriate price without any repayment, and receive the remaining profits automatically after settlement.
1. Once clicking “Offer” button, you will be able to see the list of offers which have been made and available to pay off your vault.
2. Tap “Accept Offer” on the one which you wish to accept. This will begin the process.
3. A modal will appear with the details of the offer (The platform fee and copyright fee charged from different platforms are different). Click “Accept Offer” again to confirm that this is the offer which you want to accept.
4. You will now need to confirm this in your wallet to proceed.
5. Once the transaction has been completed, you will see a success message appear, showing that your vault has been successful terminated and the remaining profits of the NFT will be settled to your wallet.
Claim Rewards
1. In Dashboard "My Rewards", you can check the rewards obtained by NFT collerates. Click "Claim" to complete reward claiming.
2. After claiming the rewards, you can check it on "Personal Center". In addition, after completing the redemption of NFT, the remaining rewards will also be automatically issued to your wallet.
