7-day data shows VRE market cap for the 10 projects on OneLand up marginally (+0.17%) to 663,914 ETH (or +0.79% to $1.221 billion).
It represents the first aggregate land cap rise in 3 months, albeit the price of ETH rose more (+0.66%) to end the week at $1,839.32.
This week saw recovering trade volume for the Otherside (+50.6%), kicking off with a highest sale in 2 months of 19.5 ETH, and culminating in a 19.55 ETH purchase on Sunday that saw OneLandās Metaverse Heat Index reach the fiery heights of 91.4.
Nevertheless, given the market conditions (MoM falling land prices) the weekly pickup in trading did little to stem the tide of a deteriorating land cap, down for a 9th straight week, while the number of sales (-49.6%) was also down.
This, plus a 7-day comeback in trading action (+51.5%) at The Sandbox (as a Premium LAND sold for 12.55 ETH, a top sale in 5 months) saw aggregate trading volume for the 10 projects rise by 38% for the week. Besides, 7-day trade volume of all NFTs also picked up some slack, +26.3%.
Over at BYOPills, and two BYOLand sales of 0.45 and 0.5 ETH kicked off a week that showed glimpses of recovery, following a rather lackluster month, with all major metrics in the green, incl. BYOLands cap which rose for its first time in 2 months.
Meanwhile, Somnium Space experienced a comedown last week after a bustling previous 7 days of hype surrounding its v3 release, recording just 4 parcel sales and an overall trading volume of just 2.34 ETH.
