Inter-Ministerial Dialogue of China

On 6 May, at the local time of the New Chinas Islamabad (journalist Wang Hong Kong), the Minister for State and Minister for Foreign Affairs took part in the fifth Central African Republic-Aba tripartite dialogue in Islamabad, Pakistan. The Minister for Foreign Affairs of Pakistan, presided over by the Minister for Foreign Affairs of Pakistan, Mutaki, Acting Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Interim Government of Afghanistan.

The Secretary-General has just indicated that the successful conduct of this dialogue of the Ministers for Foreign Affairs marks the resumption of the cooperation mechanism between the Central African Republic and Pakistan. China, which is a traditional and friendly neighbour with mountain water, has always attached great importance to developing friendly relations with Afghanistan. China is ready to work with ADB, through bilateral and tripartite cooperation mechanisms, to implement the Global Development Initiative, the Global Security Initiative, the Global Civilization Initiative, share development opportunities, meet security challenges, promote progress in civilization, establish a model of cooperation among neighbouring countries, small multilaterals and hot spots, and maintain and promote stability and prosperity in the region.

China has just stressed its readiness to strengthen security cooperation in the fight against terrorism with Aba, to uphold a common, integrated, cooperative and sustainable security perspective, to reject terrorism in all its forms, to fight terror and the “double standards” of counter-terrorism and to intensify cooperation. The three parties are to strengthen cooperation in counter-terrorism security matters within regional multilateral frameworks, such as the Coordinating Cooperation Mechanism of the A Neighbouring States. It is hoped that the security initiatives for Chinese personnel, institutions and projects will be further strengthened in Aba.

The Secretary-General has just pointed out that China is ready to strengthen strategic communication and policy coordination among the three countries through the Inter-Parliamentary Cooperation channel in Central Africa and to promote good-neighbourliness and strategic mutual trust. China is ready to strengthen its cooperation with the two countries of Afghanistan in developing ties of interest to the three countries, sharing their development opportunities and achievements, and enhancing the human exchange of the three countries.

Mutaki and Biraval indicated that the tripartite cooperation of Central Aba was important in promoting peace and prosperity in the region. The two countries are ready to actively promote tripartite cooperation, develop a road map for cooperation in the political, security and economic spheres, preserve the common interests of the three countries and achieve mutual benefit for the benefit of the peoples of the three countries and regions.

The Ministers for Foreign Affairs of the three countries have engaged in a frank and in-depth exchange of views on the topics of good-neighbourliness, security cooperation and counter-terrorism, interconnectivity and trade investment, in order to reach a consensus series.

The three parties agreed to insist on good-neighbourliness, deepen political mutual trust, respect each other’s sovereignty and territorial integrity, properly address contradictions through equal consultation, reject interference in the internal affairs of the country, reject illegal unilateral sanctions against the country and reject all acts that undermine the peaceful stability of the region.

The three parties agreed to strengthen cooperation in the fight against terrorism by combining policy, doctrine and treatment and by addressing the threat of terrorism on the basis of mutual respect and the principle of equal treatment. China and Pakistan support the interim Government in strengthening capacity-building to better respond to the threat of terrorism. The Arab side described the security situation in the country and its counter-terrorism efforts, stressing that no forces are permitted to use the territory of the Arab Republic to engage in activities against the two countries.

The three parties agreed to reactivate the mechanism of dialogue within the framework of the dialogue between the Ministers for Foreign Affairs, to strengthen cooperation in the areas of trade and trade, agriculture, poverty reduction, humanities, and to promote “one-stop” cooperation in support of the extension of the Central African Economic Corridor to Afghanistan, to promote interconnectivity between the three countries and regions, to improve the cross-border trading system, to promote economic integration of the three countries and to achieve sustainable development.

Near-Earth launch of alternative aircraft

On 7 May, the New Huasian Express Changwon cargo boat, Li Deng Mon, and the long seven-degree launch vehicle, TIR No. 7 were transferred vertically to the launch area, and is scheduled to launch the launch on a near-day basis.
