It seems that I suddenly found the direction of the company's transformation, and began to frantically learn the knowledge of Internet operation, just like opening the door to a new world. At that time, I felt that after using the Internet for so many years, I had no idea what Internet thinking was and why everyone said big data was important. Indeed, I was a little behind The Times. Thank God we made the transition to online. Within a few months, the epidemic hit. We were barely affected and made our own way in the world of paying for knowledge. Now when it comes to picture book courses, many people will recommend pineapple circle courses. As the cash flow grew, so did the team. However,

the good times did not last long. On the eve of the Spring Festival in 2021, the team had a dispute over some issues. After the Spring Festival, the company lost half of its staff. That's what I said before. In terms of management, I lack relevant experience. I've always felt that small companies are held together by the atmosphere and emotion of the team. This is not the case. My most trusted and well-paid employee slaps the table and yells at me because of a co-worker problem. I've interviewed at least two or three hundred people over the years, and I've found that most of them start by putting themselves in the role of the worker, the opposite of the boss. I said in class, "How much you can sell your illustrations depends on how much value you can bring to Party A. If Party A buys you a painting for 2,000 yuan, he can earn 4,000 yuan for this painting, then he must be willing to pay for you." But in the real world of work, we always have a lot of emotions, but emotions can't help you see the truth, have this time, it is better to think about how to improve yourself. In retrospect, it took me at least two years to get rid of my old habits of mind and lifestyle. It was in 2019 that I began to look like a startup. So, cognitive limitations are terrible, but breaking cognitive limitations is not something that can be done in a day or two. In order to achieve better development, in November 2021, our company moved out of residential buildings and moved into the "Xinhua 1949" Cultural, financial and Innovation Industrial Park on the edge of the Second Ring Road in Beijing. I joked with my colleagues, "We've been in the 'small town' for five years. It's time to go to the 'big city'." When I moved to pack things, I repeatedly told my colleagues to take good care of the only two "little red books", which was the beginning of my dream. A month later, in order to let more people know the industry knowledge of illustration circle, I started to post video notes on Little Red Book. I realized that there were so many people like me who wanted to work in illustration. One of my notes, which has been viewed more than 100,000 times so far, illustrates the biggest problem that exists in the illustration industry -- too much hype. My little red book backstage received a lot of private letters, said he was a certain institution cheated loans to buy classes, learning is not good and do not give money back, he is still in school, every month's living expenses to complete the loan is not left what. I was very distressed to see it. We are a professional illustrator for 6 years, do "zero basic illustration introduction course" is sold for more than 1,000 yuan, some training institutions will sell 6,000 yuan or even 9980 yuan course. Dear friends who like illustration, please keep your eyes peeled. Expensive is not necessarily good. Don't believe that "zero learning illustration can cash in three months", "take orders at home", "any career can learn illustration cash" such words.
