How To Post Ads

Peardao is an on and off ramp service provider. Currently, we have 2 major products available at Peardao and they are :

  1. P2P Marketplace

  2. NFT Marketplace

Presently, The Peardao platform is compatible with :

  • BSC Chain

  • Polygon Chain

  • Ethereum Mainnet and 

  • Arbitrum Chain.

Also note that at PearDao, various chain of transaction attracts various fees and rewards as explained below: 

BNBChain :

  • Maker fees : 0%

  • Taker fees : 0.75%

Rewards : $PEX token accumulation after every successful transaction depending on Volume traded in a single transaction and the variable price of a token. 

Usually from the seller side, whenever you trade $300 minimumly per transaction, the transaction fee and gas fee will be covered by the PEX rewards.

$PEX tokens are redeemable at the end of the month.

While on Other Chains such as Polygon,Ethereum and Arbitrum there are no  fees & no rewards.

GETTING STARTED

Anyone can create an ad on the Pear P2P Marketplace. For example, someone might be interested in creating an ad to sell Crypto ( BUSD, USDT, USDC ) for Fiat using the Bank Transfer payment method. Then crypto or on-chain assets will be escrowed in smart contract.

Posting Buy and Sell ads requires the same steps ;

🍐 Step 1 :

  • Under “Myads”, click on “Post new ads”

🍐 Step 2 :

  • You may choose to post a “Buy” or “Sell” ad

  • Choose the type of Crypto Asset that you want to Buy or Sell

  • Select your preferred payment method

  • Key in the fixed price per crypto unit that you wish to buy or sell (If you are selling 1 USDT for 1 USD, key in 1)

  • Type in the total amount of crypto assets that you wish to buy or sell

  • Key in the minimum and maximum limit per order (Minimum Value: User cannot buy or sell an amount that is lower than the value. Maximum Value: User cannot buy or sell an amount that is higher than the value.)

  • Include your telegram username for the counterparty to contact you

  • Choose to post your ad publicly or privately. Public ads can be viewed by all users on the marketplace, private ads can only be viewed by users who place orders using your shared ad link.

  • You may choose to spend any amount of PEX Tokens to increase your ad's ranking on the marketplace (Optional).

  • Users with the highest bidding amount will have their ads in a higher position than other users.

🍐 Step 3 :

  • Click on Post Ad. Confirm the wallet interaction and pay a small sum of gas fee for the ad to be published

🍐 Step 4 ;

  • The transaction will be submitted and you can view the contract interaction details on the block explorer. Please wait patiently for your ad to be displayed on the platform.

🍐 Step 5 :

  • You may post a sell ad by selecting "I Want To Sell" on the ad posting page. Repeat step 1 to 4. In MyAds, you may edit, offline or share your ad's link with another user.

After the trade is completed, both Buyer or Seller will earn $PEX Trading Reward which can be claimed within 30 days.
