Perfect Puppy

Animals are amazing creatures. They constantly astound us with their cuteness, smarts, and perhaps most perplexing their ability to remain constantly loving and innocent. There are times in life when the thing you need most is the unconditional love of your dog.

The unconditional love of a dog can be everything you need after a rough day

There are also times in life when you could use that uncaring, suck it up look from your cat.

Nothing like an uncaring cat stare down

Animals have the amazing ability to stick by our side and support us no matter what (as long as you keep feeding them). We owe it to them to provide the best care we possibly can. As a practicing veterinarian of 6+ years across multiple regions and clinics, I have observed a myriad of misinformation out there about animals and their health. The marketing and health advice of certain products can sometimes be misleading and potentially cause more harm than good. Meanwhile, quality animal products and health advice remains buried in the shadows beneath the mounds of this misinformation.

The goal of the Perfect Puppy project is to cast light on these shadows. This will be done by utilizing both the author’s experience and the latest scientific research. One of the things I love about mirror.xyz and web3 is the better ability to do this without the influence of major corporations and money. When sharing medical information and judgement about animals it is best to do it in an unbiased way that is based on evidence and research and not the millions to billions of dollars that a company spends on marketing, including through pet blogs and paid product reviews. When money is involved in this way it is nearly impossible for an author to remain unbiased about the content.

Therefore, unlike some other pet blogs on the web, you will find the Perfect Puppy project has no outside influencers or pet marketing companies behind it paying for these articles. It is instead written by the point of view of a real life practicing veterinarian that day in and out experiences both the most joyful and distressing moments of animal’s lives and keeps up with latest research on their well being. The goal of this project is to cover everything from playing with and training your puppy to honest product reviews to what you can do for your geriatric dog’s arthritis.

I hope you will find the articles Perfect Puppy publishes both entertaining and helpful for your pet(s) at home. To help this project succeed and beyond in its quest to help pets around the world, collect our entries as NFT’s. The more people that collect the better we will be able to impact pet’s lives in a positive way. The earliest collectors will likely see the greatest value increase in their entry collection NFT’s from this project. Extra proceeds will be used to create a range of pet products that will brighten our pet’s lives (and in turn our own). There is no guarantee of success but if we can turn the Perfect Puppy project into a powerhouse we will find a way to continuously reward our earliest donators (starting with this entry) as a thank you for making this happen and improving our pet’s lives around the world!
